Bill Gates the Microsoft co-founder thinks he has an answer for helping climate change. He wants congress to pass a bill to spend billions of dollars to help fund a project to test new nuclear reactors. He said in return he would pitch in money as well as raise a billion more as well for this project. Some experts and political parties are skeptical of funding him the money saying to costly.
