Trump-Kim summit: Second meeting by end of February

The White House has announced that Trump will meet with Kim Jong-un by the end of February for a second summit. The arrangement of the summit is the first step in months towards progress in nuclear diplomacy with North Korea. The last summit ended with a vague agreement of denuclearization for both countries; hopefully this one will result in a defined plan of doing so.
