West-midland officers have failed their duty to record crimes. The officers were rated inadequate many years ago, so they created a plan to ensure the officers are no longer falling into the insufficient zone. However, the plan was ineffective and officers did not seize to do their job. Officers denied the usage of their implemented body cams, and they failed to execute their duty to the public. Only 79% of crimes were recorded, and this includes domestic and sexual assault. Deputy Chief Constable, Louisa Rolfe states that the watchdog found that the officers denied the victims their right to belief, empathy, and justice. The cops failed to record or report the crimes-- needless to say they remained inadequate one year into their plan of action.
