Saudi teen granted asylum in Canada says she's one of the lucky women who escaped

This article is about a young woman who finally gets the chance to be a free woman. She is from a life where she is not allowed to be herself, she is almost a prisoner in her own life. She decided to risk her own life and leave her family to flee to Australia at first but when her family got wind of her escaping they tried to get her back but Mohammed decided she wasn't going back so she barricaded herself inside an airport hotel room. Mohammed states she just "wants to live a free normal private life of a young woman". This story is so inspiring to me because as a minority myself I can understand how she feels being trapped in a life she desires to love but can't live in anymore.
