Chandrayaan-2: Modi proud despite Moon landing setback

Earlier this week, India announced that they would be trying to be the first country to land on the Moon's south pole. Once India completes this mission they will be the fourth country to make it to the moon. Another reason that this mission is one for the history books is that it was lead by two women. According to this article from BBC News, during the landing of the spacecraft, contact was lost between the vessel and home base. The fate of Chandrayaan-2 is not yet known though Prime Minister Modi is already expressing pride for his country.
