Italian Populists Vote on New government

The Italian Populist party the 5 Star Movement, has in principle agreed to a deal with the Italian Democratic Party. However a unique feature of the 5 Star Movement may stop this deal from happening. As a populist political party the 5 Star Movement allows its supporters to not only give their opinion on a possible deal, but they actually require their members to vote on the deal. They do this by releasing an online poll for its members to vote on. This could spell trouble as the 5 Star Movement in many ways was formed as a reaction against the Italian Democratic Party. Voting I believe is closed, but as of the time I am posting this the results have not been published. For the record the Right Wing Party League, has said that it is interested in reentering an agreement with the 5 Star Movement, but has basically said that even if the agreement is approved by the 5 Star Movement party members in the online poll, they believe that the coalition agreement won't last long between the two (5 Star Movement and The Democratic Party respectively). This is not new for the 5 Star Movement, as the 5 Star Movement did the same thing, before entering into an agreement with League.
