Trump: US 'locked and loaded depending on verification' of attack on Saudi oil field

After a recent attack that affected 5% of the world's daily oil supply, President Trump claims to be ready to strike at the attacker at any moment. The only thing holding back a response is verification of the attackers. Ret. Col. Cedric Leighton says that the attacks must have come from a government or government-sponsored group.
