Kim Jong-un sent another letter to President Donald Trump in August inviting him to meet in Pyongyang. This letter comes after the latest short-ranged missile tests North Korea performed. This letter and request for another meeting to reach some form of negotiations following the previous denuclearization negotiations which have been stalled since February between the US and North Korea.
