The US is ready to attack whoever attacked Saudi Arabia's oil facility. This would obviously mark a major escalation in the region. Multiple US investigators believe Iran is responsible for the attack, but the US is waiting for Saudi Arabia to release its finding on who it believes to be responsible for the attack; Also the US may tap into emergency oil reserves, as it believes a major disruption is about to occur in the oil market. This very well could lead to a war with Iran if indeed Iran is the culprit.
