Biden and Saudi Arabia

 This report presented by the Biden administration has said that the crown prince of Saudi Arabia approved of the killing or capture of a journalist in 2018. Khashoggi died while visiting a consulate, but the crown prince denies being involved and calls the report false. The reason why they believe that he might have been killed but the crown prince is because, before his death, he fell out of favor from the royal family and distanced himself where he criticized the prince on the Washington Post. The report also says that during the time that this happened, the prince was in control of decisions report presented by the Biden administration has said that the crown prince of Saudi Arabia approved of the killing or capture of a journalist in 2018. However, the Saudi foreign ministry dismissed the report and insisted that the crime was investigated and closed. Biden is conflicting, knowing he has to keep a good relationship with that country, but also wants to make good on his promise to bring justice and hold them accountable. A key difference between this administration and the Trump one, is Biden having contact with the King instead of the Prince as Trump had done.
