The daughters of Malcom X, a US black civil rights leader that was assassinated, have asked for the investigation to be reopened. Reason being is because there's been new evidence that has come out. The new evidence was found in a letter from Raymond Wood, who was a policeman at the time of the assassination. He wrote that it was his responsibility to ensure his security team was arrested days before he was assassinated. The letter basically says that NYPD and the FBI covered up details of the assassination. It was Wood's job to make sure that Malcolm X wouldn't have any door security in the building, where was going to speak in public. The NYPD has made a public comment about the issue while the FBI hasn't.
