Myanmar's ambassador to UN fired after calling for aid against military coup.

The Myanmar ambassador, Kyaw Moe Tun in a recent speech to the UN general assembly asked fellow nations not to interact with the current U.N military Junta that is running the country after the recent coup. The plea was met with applause by the UN ambassadors in attendance. The military junta proceeded to fire Kyaw Moe Tun after the speech. It is unknown how the UN will respond to this plea and if a new UN ambassador will replace Tun, but if the military Junta does pick one the new Myanmar ambassador will surely have their interests in mind.
