As Texans adapt to the new climate in their home, the government strongly suggests that the citizens only used bottled water or boiled water for drinking, or even brushing their teeth. Since most power is down in Texas due to the cold weather, the water filtration system has been deeply effected. Even filtered water that comes out of a fridge or separate spout on the sink is not safe to consume without boiling first. Due to this, there is a shortage in bottled water in stores, and many people are struggling to find water to consume. This is a very dangerous and scary time for the people of Texas, and we can only hope that the government is doing all that they can to help them.
