Head Of State Tried For Genocide By His Own Nation

I find this article quite interesting with what we where reading about the best interests of every person what we would always defend what we thing it's right or what we would consider.

The article talks about how the for former Guatemalan dictator Efrain Rios Montt has been able to get away with his "crime" , of allowing the massacres of more than 1,700 indigenous Ixil Mayans in the early 1980s, thanks to all the well ,if you can call it like that, job of his lawyers and all other things that have been gotten in the way of being judge.

All the power that one person can have can make the injustice the right thing and how the nation who wants justice being and invisible competitor.
