U.S.-built Ebola treatment centers in Liberia are nearly empty as outbreak fades

In a well equipped Ebola treatment centers made by the US in Liberia, one of the most Ebola threatened places, everything is perfectly set for medical treatment of the patients infected with Ebola virus. There is one thing missing in particular. Patients. After a numerous announcements about Ebola's spreading all around Africa and fears of Ebola virus expansion through the whole world, Western media services were constantly spreading the fear of Ebola and claiming the alarming situation in Africa.
It seems as the Ebola virus had been already dramatically decreased when the US built those medical treatment centers, but US wouldn't admit that the help was late.
