ISIS releaeses video to show execution of Japanese hostage

On January 31, 2015 a video was released by ISIS. This video, "A Message To The Government of Japan,"  was released on February 1, around 5:00 a.m. in Japan time, to show the execution of Japanese hostage, Kenji Goto. In the video, he was on his knees and dressed in an orange uniform, beside a man dressed in a black outfit with a knife. The man beheaded Goto with the knife and said that "this knife will not only slaughter Kenji, but will also carry on and cause carnage whenever your people are found. So let the nightmare for Japan begin." (huffingtonpost.com) I think this is a grim incident and he's remark has created a great threat to Japan. I hoped that Goto would released by ISIS, but I found this was a complex negotiation for Japanese government, since it involved an international relations.
