On November 26, 2010, 13 year old Yara Gambirasio was reported missing by her parents in Brembate di Sopra, a small provincial town in northern Italy. After exactly three months of searching, Yara's body was found 10km south in a town called Chignolo d'Isola. After finding a two set of DNA from the likely killer and not getting any matches in the system, the murder suspect was now named "Ignoto 1" (Unknown 1). The hunt for a matching DNA sample went on from there. The investigation did not stop until June 2014 when they found a perfect match after uncovering affairs and searching family members, neighbors, etc. Massimo Bossetti, an illegitimate, will go to trail in this coming spring.
