The article tells that national Guardswoman Valerie Deant was devastated to find that her brother Woody's image pierced by police sniper bullets. However, this is an issue on racism because there are also a great number of photos of other races. The fact is that they use mugshots of people arrested 10 to 15 years ago to train snipers in order to avoid mistakes in real-life situations. Since the trick is found by the woman and makes her upset. It's claimed that things will change. Policemen will replace those mugshots of people they have arrested with practice pictures from commercial vendors. From this news, I know that even former practice does not violate laws. The ways of us doing things still somewhat need to based on humanity.
