Paris terror arsenal: Kalashnikovs, rocket launcher, grenade

Al-Qaida's threatening attacks on Western Europe have become much more intentional than the past, ever since their 2008 attack in Mumbai.  They have started using more precise weaponry, targeting specific groups, and strategizing better. Al-Qaida are turning away from bombs in favor of more up-close and personal weapons such as hand grenades, pistols, and machine guns. They are also now going for specific groups such as the police force, military officials, and religious groups. In addition, Al-Qaida is strategizing in their attacks knowing that chemicals needed to produce bombs are nearly impossible to get across country borders as a result of high detection levels at airports. Nearly 500,000 weapons have gone missing by being smuggled into cars or busses, landing into the hands of Europe's gangs according to European Commissions. Criminals are better trained, more dangerously armed, and are an all around bigger threat.
