With oil prices at an all time low since 2008, many consumers question whether or not trends will continue. According to many producers they will since the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) "...won't curb output to halt the rout." Since OPEC produces about 40% of the world's oil, what they do affects the entire almost everyone. Some peg price drop on fracking and other new ways of extraction, but until OPEC decides to work with other major oil producers (like America), prices will continue to plummet.
