This article discusses the speculation and possibility that North Korea has developed miniaturization of nuclear warheads. Kim Jong-un has undergone four nuclear tests, one being a successful test of missile "re-entry" technology. The latest test occurred Jan. 6, 2016. These missiles would not reach the United States, but would reach South Korea, Japan, and U.S. military bases in South Korea. South Korea on Mar. 9 claimed it did not believe North Korea had actually fitted a miniaturized warhead on a missile, while the U.S. claims it is a smart decision to assume the North Korea has the capacity to do such thing.
