Since Russia's invasion of Ukraine, protestors have taken a stance as the Russian military begins to occupy cities. One of these locations is in southern Ukraine in Kherson, where they are protesting the occupation of the Black Sea port, despite gunfire and imminent danger. Protests here and in other surrounding regions come after Ukrainian President Zelensky posted on social media telling people to stand their ground and fight for their country.
Protestors can be seen from all generations outside singing their national anthem. Videos are spreading of even small groups trying to make a difference, showing that you don't need a large crowd to stand up to oppression, which in turn encourages more to do the same.
