 Zelensky: 'I'm ready for negotiations' with Putin, but if they fail, it could mean 'a third World War 

In a Sunday statement, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he is "ready for negotiations" with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but cautioned that if those negotiations fail, "this would mean that we are entering a third World War."More conversations are needed as the Russian invasion of Ukraine enters its fourth week. The Russian president warned that if discussions aren't started "immediately," Russia could suffer "massive" losses in a video message aired on Saturday. It was  Zelensky's way of saying, "We have always insisted on negotiations, we have always provided dialogue, we have always given peace alternatives." For those in Moscow in particular: "It's time to meet. It's time to discuss; it is time to restore territorial integrity and justice for Ukraine."
