Russia accused of bombing a children's hospital

Despite agreeing to a 12-hour pause in hostilities in an effort to secure the safety of refugees evacuating cities and towns, Russia is being accused of bombing a maternity and children's hospital located in Southern Ukraine. The accusation was made after officials in the Mariupol city council posted a video of a demolished hospital within the city. At least 17 people were reported to be injured, which included mothers and staff. Such developments have further pushed Ukrainian President Zelensky to pressure NATO military alliance to declare a no-fly zone over Ukraine, and calls them out for "losing their humanity" as NATO continues to do be solely supportive in their involvement.
