On Tuesday, Xi Jinping (China's President), said that China is willing to mediate the war going on in Ukraine. They did not disclose any details as to how they plan on doing this; and they reiterated about Jinping's opposition to Western Sanctions against Russia. During the call, Jinping said the situation going on in Ukraine right now is "Worrisome, and that China was deeply grieved by the outbreak of war again on the European continent." China is going to be in communication with France, Germany and the EU. China has not condemned nor rushed to help Russia with this invasion of Ukraine. Jinping was also promoting peace talks with the two different countries, and talked about how they are ready to send aid to Ukraine.
