Russia and Ukraine have began to have face to face peace talks in Turkey. The United Nations are asking for a Cease-Fire. The president of Turkey says a Cease-Fire would be best because of everything that has happened between Russia and Ukraine, it would make everyone feel a bit safer. This talk was started after Ukrainian troops re-claimed the city of Irpin from the Russian troops.
