The South Korean pop music group BTS made history by being the first of their kind to speak at the U.N. The leader of the group, Kim Namjoon, also known as RM, encouraged youth to love themselves and understand themselves. The group was invited due to their collaboration with UNICEF in which they made the campaign called 'Love Myself.' Love Myself campaigns against violence towards children and teens all around the world. In just May of this year, BTS made history by becoming the first K-pop group to top American album charts.
