The Brexit Dance Continues as the Labour Party Calls for a New Election

With so much on the table, Britain's to-be severed ties with the European Union are in disarray as the Labour Party intends to intervene. The opposition party has decided that it would be in their vested interest to seek a new election rather than another referendum. Their leader, Jeremy Corbyn, has made their M.O. quite clear, as he has virtually ignored the whims of their people for another referendum. This has put Theresa May in quite an interesting position, and mounts serious pressure on her to find a way to make a deal that the opposition party would support. The next move would lie with the Labour Party if she fails, and what they plan to do has been increasingly clear over time: election over referendum. We'll have to see what this entails for the European Union and Britain in the long run.
