Russia throws doubt on joint lunar space station with U.S.:RIA

The tension between Russia and the U.S. has risen to new heights.  Russia is deciding whether or not they should work with the U.S. for a space program.  However, the head of the Russian space program stated that "Russia doesn't want to be second fiddle," even though they agreed to work together for project Deep Space Getaway.  This isn't the first or last time that international relations with Russia and the U.S. been soured.
