This article talks about a recent attack that took place near the Eid Gah Mosque in Kabul. Several people were killed by the explosion and, according to the article, twenty were injured. It is said to be the first major attack since western troops withdrew in August. So far no groups have come to the public to take responsibility for the attack; however, The Islamic State Group (IS) has carried several booming in the eastern city of Jalalabad which makes them the favorites to come out first. It is still unclear if the attack had the intention to target the ceremony.
