As the global G-20 summit unfolds in Rome, climate talks continue to be one of the top issues of conversation amongst the world's twenty richest and most influential economies. United States President Joe Biden during a closing press conference blamed China and Russia, two other major polluting countries, on hindering most advancement to adhering to the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement. Hopefully more movement will be made during the upcoming United Nations Climate Conference.
