This article talks about US freezing a $700 million aid to Sudan after coup. This aid was destinated for an economic support of the new transitional government. In order for the US to released the amount Sudan's military leaders will need to be fully restore Mr. Hamdock and other civilians leaders to power. Also, released all people who have been detained and refrained for violence against protestors.
Nongovernmental aid agencies will still received economic support.
