The place and date for the United States-North Korea summit has been set for June 12, and last night saw the successful release of the three detained American citizens from North Korea. The Trump administration remains optimistic about North Korea's potential to denuclearize. Donald Trump emphatically declared it would be a great honor to take part in that very process, and his strategic use of theatrics -escalating at rallies like yesterday's in Indiana- underscores the significance of North Korea relations to Donald Trump's foreign policy image and doctrine. In fact, Trump's reputation as executive may be entirely dependent on the outcome of the summit.
