CIA-backed Afghan troops 'committed war crimes'

The Human Rights Watch says that troops in Afghanistan that are supported by the CIA have killed, attacked healthcare facilities, and forced disappearances illegally. The CIA does not support these allegations. One man alleges that troops took him and his family to a mountain where Americans told the troops to kill them. The HRW says that these troops, which often act independently of US forces, have been committing war crimes and otherwise terrorizing cities.
