Trump Impeachment

Image result for trump

Trump is being accused of using his power to pressure Ukraine President back in July over a phone conversation to investigate Joe Biden, soon to be rival. Trump was asked to hand over additional documents to the democrats to further investigate this issue. If Trump were to deny this (which he did), a subpoena would be issued where he would have to attend court and upon refusal to hand over these documents this would be evidence for the democrats to use against him in the impeachment that was issued. Knowing the stubbornness of the president, I can't see him going along with whatever the democrats say without having some type of rebuttal. Democrats are now becoming more demanding with documentation and such that they want to go over, and have issued 6 separate subpoenas against the President, as well as Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani. I'm interested to see how history will play out with this impeachment process. I'm also curious on how long the process will play out if this continues considering that the phone call occurred in July and the impeachment process was placed about a month ago. While many republicans still continue to support the president, I think that his sketchy actions and secrecy may have caught up with him this time.
