Lebanon Prime Minister Resigns

For about 2 weeks there has been country wide protests against the current state of the government in Lebanon, mainly pointed at the Prime Minister Saad Hariri. A crippling economy, and spiking prices, along with questionable taxes on services like Whatsapp, have sparked these protests. Some of them have gone violent like in the capital city of Beirut where protesters stormed the city and started to light fires. These acts prompted the Prime Minister to resign, saying he "Had hit a dead end".
