There are protest in Lebanon as people are feed up saying"There are no good schools, no electricity and no water." this is causing a lack of confidence in the unity government, and people are calling on the entire government to resign and be replaced by technocrats. The government is trying to get support to put a tax on banks and to overhaul their electric grid and try and lower cost with it. However it is unknown as one minister resigned saying that they lacked confidence in the governments ability to get anything done. An interesting piece in this story, is that Hezbollah long been an Iranian ally is supporting the government. If the government falls it will be interesting to see what Iran does, and Hezbollah does.
