Just this week Turkey announced that they were starting a 5 day ceasefire, an action backed by the United States. This "ceasefire" did not last 5 days as Friday in Northern Syria Kurdish fighters and other eyewitnesses have seen shelling on the area coming from Turkish forces. The shelling is targeting the city of Ras al-Ain, more specifically the hospital there which means it is targeting civilians as well as Kurdish fighters.
