North Korea Not Responding!?

Currently, the United States and North Korea are at a highpoint with one another. The United States with several fellow nations wishes that North Korea abolish the nuclear weapons that they have in place as they deem them not needed. North Korea basically has stopped all communication with the United States and other fellow nations those outing them from the rest of the world. Instead of talking about why President Kim of North Korea has emphasized the strength and capacity of their military strength. President Biden has had some unique remarks on this topic. Outside of the President looking for a policy review scheduled for April he has called President Kim a thug and how tensions between the United States and North Korea could rise in the forthcoming years. As an outsider, it begs me to question if this is the right thing to do. Threatening a country with as big of military strength is not smart for the sustainability of the nation especially for the state we are in right now. North Korea has also lost economically currently as well with other nations. They closed their borders due to the Covid-19 pandemic but also lost 90 percent of their trade efforts with China due to the countries view on nuclear weapons. Only time will tell how the United States and North Korea's relation will unfold. Are we truly on the brink of another nuclear arms race?
