Biden and Putin have agreed to attend a summit in France to discuss the Ukraine situation. But there is one condition to the meeting, Russia cannot invade Ukraine. According to US press secretary Jen Saki Biden is ready to engage in diplomacy but is ready for alternate plans. It appears that based on US intelligence, the Russian military has already been given the go ahead to invade Ukraine.
