President Joe Biden has agreed to meet and talk with Russian leader Putin on the stipulation that Russia doesn't launch an invasion of Ukraine. The talks would occur later this week on or after the 24th of February, which would be setup by French Macron. Given this opportunity, it's still a toss-up whether Russia will continue with its plan to increase the number of troops to the border and still launch an invasion of Ukraine. Press Secretary Psaki says the U.S is prepared to retaliate if Russia continues. Diplomacy is still on the table as Biden pushes he is willing to discuss if it would prevent a war.
