Vladimir Putin is accusing the United States and its allies for not tending to Russias security demands, Moscow is however, willing to talk more in order to constrict the tension over Ukraine. Russia is expected to respond to negotiations by the U.S. on less Russian demands, and the U.S. is not allowed to speak on this until Biden and Putin have spoken. It's said that Kremlin is still looking into the U.S. and NATOS response to Russias demands, but it's said that the West has ignored Russias demands that NATO shouldn't expand to Ukraine and other former soviet nations. Russia already has more than 100,000 troops on Ukraines boarder but claimed they have no intentions to attack, it's just for Saftey measures. Unlike Russia, others believe, that Ukraine has the right to choose their alliances even though, there's a chance that if they join NATO they may launch military action in order to reclaim control. Putin said, "We need to find a way to ensure interests and security of all parties, including Ukraine, European Nations, and Russia" meaning that in order to get anywhere the West has to look into Russias claims in order to move forward.
