U.S. President Joe Biden warns Russian President Putin that if Russia invades Ukraine that they will be met by swift force by the U.S. and its allies. With a Russian invasion that seems to be imminent, Biden set up a video call with Putin. During a video call Biden made it clear the U.S. is still willing to engage in diplomacy if Russia is willing. But after the call they are still no closer to finding out Russia's intentions with Ukraine.
