France's President Emmanuel Macron is traveling to Moscow on Monday, in hopes to de-escalate the situation with Russia and Ukraine. Russia has surrounded Ukraine and has shown all signs that they are going to invade. With their only being three months until France's next Presidential election, this is a huge moment that may decide whether he will be re-elected. Will Macron be able to keep the peace or is this the start of the war?
