The article I chose to write about this week for my blog post is about Queen Elizabeth. The title of the article from the Hindustan Times is “Britain’s Queen Elizabeth tests positive for Covid-19, symptoms mild”. A couple days ago, the Queen tested positive for Covid. Obviously this is concerning. She’s an elderly woman. The queen is 95 years old and we know the majority of people passing from Covid are people who are elderly because their bodies can’t fight off the virus as well. “The health of the queen, the world’s oldest and longest-reigning monarch has been in the spotlight…” This is a direct quote which was taken from the article. A couple members of the royal family have tested positive for covid, but the queen’s health was the one everyone was worried about since she is older. This article is fairly short because of the little information known about what is happening to tend to her health, but it does talk about Charles contracting the virus for a second time.
