On Monday morning officials from Moscow and Kyiv are set to meet at the Ukraine-Belarus border for a discussion CNN reports. This comes after initial hesitation of Ukrainian president Zelensky on having talks in Belarus given it is a staging ground for the Russian invasion. Zelensky however, was not opposed to talks as a whole and after assurances were made by Belarusian president Lukashenko, that all Russian air assets on the border will remain grounded to ensure safe passage for delegates, talks are set to move forward.
