This article by USNews.com talks about how the Biden Administration is attempting to restore some trust between Iran regarding the Atomc prgram that ended in 2015. Author Matthew Lee reported that, Joe Biden made a U.S. return to the nuclear deal a priority, and his administration has pursued that goal, though there has been little progress toward that end since he took office a year ago. Administration officials said the waivers were being restored to help push the Vienna negotiations forward". After the Trump Sdminstartion completey ended and got out of the nuclear deal that also invloved many western European countries and the Union. Lee also talked about how Biden's administration is looking "very desperate" trying to waive the snactions and are agressivley looking to a deal once again.
