Jean de Dieu Momo made an appalling Holocaust reference and suggestion on TV. Momo explained that Kamto is leading the Bamileke people in the same direction and that a leader must know how and where to lead their people. Momo says the Jewish we the most economically stable and powerful, so they were arrogant. They were arrogant to the point of German frustration, and Hitler came along and into power, and he put them in gas chambers. The Embassy of Israel in Cameroon has spoken out and has described their feelings of shock and absolute disappointment in the antisemitic comments.
