ISIS fighters have been fleeing from Syria into Iraq, perhaps with millions of dollars in tow

This article talks about how in the last six months Isis fighters in the 1000s have been fleeing Syria and going to the mountains and deserts. While this may not seem like a big deal it is. When fleeing the Isis fighters are taking money with them and have taken an estimated $200 million in cash during this time. The U.S. and President Trump have sent to statements saying they are doing there best in defeating Isis in which we will attack those giving weapons and financial support in hopes that this will help deteriorate the tens of thousands of Isis fighters still left. The U.S. as well are tracking all forms of commerce going in and out of these radical countries in hopes to eliminate and possibility of support for Isis.
