This article talked about John Cantlie, a British journalist who was photographing Syrian war conflict, who was abducted by jihadists and then given to ISIS in 2012. He was abducted with another man named James Foley who was beheaded later on. This is a big deal now because it is believed that Cantlie is still alive. His family has put out many videos asking for his release. Keeping him keeps fear among many and I think that is what ISIS is trying to do.
